The Trangia 27 Ultralight stove series includes cooksets for one or two people. The sets that go with this compact stove only take up minimal space in the backpack, making them perfect for touring when every gram counts. It is also possible to use a larger cooking pot when the upper wins shield holder is folded up. The sets also come in two variations: Ultralight aluminium and ultralight hard-anodized aluminium. The Trangia 27-3 consists of two 1-litre pots (one with and one without graduations), a non-stick coated frying pan (Ø 18 cm), upper and lower windshields, a Primus gas burner, pot gripper and strap. The Trangia 27-3 is also available with a spirit burner instead of the gas burner! The Ultralight version is made from a new aluminium alloy that is 50% stronger than conventional aluminium. This allows for thinner walled and therefore lighter containers. New Trangia models therefore stand out for their lower weight advantage of up to 25% in comparison to its predecessors! Ultra-light hard anodize is an incredibly wear resistant aluminum alloy. Hard anodizing also significantly improves scratch, wear and corrosion resistance. This surface treatment makes it much easier to clean the containers! Its fantastic properties make this material the perfect replacement for titanium as well as Duossal stoves. Non-stick is a coating that is perfect for frying food with and without oil. Nothing will burn, making them much easier to clean afterwards. However, the non-stick coating is somewhat more sensitive to scratches and wear, so it is advisable to use only plastic or wooden utensils.
