The tunnel tent is not only incredibly spacious but also of the highest quality. It has enough room for up to 4 people to get a great night's sleep. Plus, all four travellers can store their gear in a safe place in the two large vestibules. Several typical Hilleberg features make the tent quite the versatile shelter that can be used in both summer and winter. The inner and outer tent can be pitched separately, which extends the usable space even further. However, the inner and outer tent are actually attached for quicker pitching.The materials, such as the very tear-resistant and long-lasting Kerlon 1200 used for the outer tent, have been tried and tested on countless tours and expeditions, so no need to worry about bad weather! The robust tub floor will protect the interior from moisture and dirt from the bottom, whilst the rest of the inner tent will keep unwanted visitors such as mosquitos and insects out. In addition, the tent is equipped with closable vents so that snow won't get into the inner tent in the wintertime. The extremely robust DAC aluminium poles are very sturdy, so there is no need to worry about winds or adverse weather conditions.
