The tent boasts both high-quality materials as well as excellent craftsmanship. The Kerlon 1000 outer tent is durable and very tear-resistant and will provide optimal protection in all sorts of weather. The DAC aluminium poles serve to provide the tent with the necessary stability, even in strong winds. For optimal protection from the bottom, the tent features a robust tub floor, which will keep both moisture and dirt out of the interior. The inner tent will not only keep mosquitos and insects out but will also allow for excellent ventilation thanks to its large mesh areas.The lower sides of the outer tent are arched and the back wall can be completely rolled up, both of which allow for increased ventilation. What's more, Hilleberg has redesigned this model and replaced the dual opening sleeves with single opening pole sleeves for quicker pitching. This is particularly useful in windy conditions. The inner and outer tent are attached for quicker pitching but can be used separately as well. One of the tent's best features is certainly the very large vestibule, which will not only protect your gear from the elements but is so spacious that even the rainiest day couldn't put a damper on the mood.
