With a hydrostatic head of 3,000mm, it will provide enough protection in most conditions. What's more, there is a rain guidance over the entrance that guides rain off at the sides to prevent water getting in to the tent when exiting. The roomy vestibule in the front will provide plenty of room for 3 people's gear. If you need more room for cooking, you can use the interior buckles to extend the vestibule.
