The robust and wind-resistant tunnel tent has an extended front arch that turns the vestibule, which has a side entrance, into an awning. The fact that this extremely spacious tent only weighs 3.1 kilograms is due to the clever construction and high-quality materials, which include lightweight and break-proof anodised aluminium poles.The fabric is robust, water repellent and durable thanks to the its UV-resistant properties. The floor is made of PU-coated nylon and has a hydrostatic head of 10,000mm. Not only are the seams on the Grönland 2 sealed and waterproof, but the covers, air vents, and attachment points are waterproof as well. Pitching the Grönland 2 is incredibly easy as well, since the inner tent is already attached to the outer. If it happens to rain whilst you're dissembling the tent, the inner tent can be taken off very easily and stored in a dry place. The next time you assemble the tent all you have to do is first pitch the outer tent and then attach the dry inner tent. In addition, the tent features reinforced tension points with webbing loops for stability and increased durability.Other great features include the built-in clothesline, which is perfect for drying your socks, and the various pockets to keep yourself organised. For ventilation, the tent has been equipped with two air vents, one on the outer and one on the inner tent.
