This sturdy 1-person tent is sure to impress in uncomfortable weather conditions and offers you secure protection at night! Its design is a mixture of a dome and tunnel construction and therefore offers plenty of space for sitting and lying down. Compared to its predecessor, the Svalbard 1 PU (2.0) Tent is designed as an outdoor structure. As a result, it provides you with quick weather protection for you and your equipment, in case you are caught out in the rain. In addition, the outer flysheet is made from synthetic fibre and features a polyurethane-coating, making it both water and wind repellent. With a hydrostatic head of 8,000 mm, the groundsheet reliably defends against damp ground. The inner tent also scores points with its breathable and water-repellent material, which forms an extra barrier to moisture from outside. Meanwhile, any humidity that develops on the inside of the tent is wicked away via the material so that no moisture collects within the tent. This compact tent comes with lightweight aluminium poles for pitching. The polyester tensioning straps are a robust 2.5 mm thick and can also withstand high wind speeds.
