The Camalot Z4 Offset from Black Diamond provides increased safety on the crag. This camming device sets new standards and boasts great handling and a high degree of safety, thanks to the RigidFlex centre ridge. The centre ridge is designed to be rigid with the clamping segments folded in, allowing it to be situated with ease in normally inaccessible places. After placement, however, the centre ridge becomes flexible and adapts to the rope pull. In addition, a double-twisted cable construction ensures a consistent amount of tension on the larger Camalots, while on the smaller sizes it results in better stability with a reduced trigger size. The Dynex sling is also incredibly light and durable at the same time. Plus, a well thought-out colour scheme makes it easy to distinguish between the individual camming devices.
