With its hard ABS shell, it will protect you from impacts coming from above, the side, behind and the front. The maximum impact energy of <8 kN even exceeds the UIAA 106 standards. If you miscalculate the time and have to abseil in the dark, you can easily attach your head torch to the four clips on the Shard climbing helmet. A pleasant microclimate Thanks to the large ventilation openings, you’ll stay comfortable even in the blazing midday sun. If you break out into a sweat, you can remove the pads and leave them to dry or replace them. The lightweight construction and ergonomic shape of the adjustable straps make it even more comfortable to wear.
