Item No.: 301-0900. High-performance lace-up climbing shoes made of leather and microfibre The Genius climbing shoes from La Sportiva are characterised by their high-quality workmanship. Thanks to the leather and microfibre material, they are abrasion-resistant and durable. They feature a slightly asymmetrical lacing, which has been designed to offer support despite the height of your instep and to precisely enclose your feet for optimal support. No edge technology for maximum precision Boasting the No Edge technology, there is no crisp edge between the rubber of the sole and that of the toes. This keeps your feet as close to the wall or crag as possible. The result is improved precision, allowing you to make efficient use of even the smallest footholds, edges and recesses. Equipped with the P3 system The P3 or the Permanent Power Platform is a patented system from La Sportiva that ensures that the curved shape of the climbing shoes remains the same even after long and intense use. In addition, the lateral profile of the sole and the model-specific curvature do not lose their original properties and therefore continue to provide support or resilience to foot pressure even after prolonged use. This keeps the shoes performing at their best for longer. Sole made from Vibram XS GRIP 2 The Vibram XS GRIP 2 rubber compound is an evolution of the proven XS GRIP rubber. With a level of hardness ideal for moderate edges and grip on rounded inclines, the rubber compound offers measurably better grip. It’s perfect for steeply overhanging routes and offers a constant performance level across a very wide temperature range. Performance and comfort perfectly combined Sensitivity, performance, comfort and adaptability are ideally combined in these climbing shoes. This allows you to concentrate fully on the essentials and perform at your best. The climbing shoes are ideal for taking on long sport climbing routes or difficult multi-pitch tours. The features at a glance: Vibram XS Grip2 sole offers precision on difficult terrain No-edge technology: no edges on the shoe for maximum sensitivity on the rock Slightly asymmetrical laces for an optimal fit P3 system makes it easy to maintain the original shape of the shoe over time Two loops on the back make it easier to put the shoes on Flexible, breathable tongue
