This makes every step feel a little more relaxed, especially if the ground is hard or you are putting in a lot of kilometres. Stability and grip on varying surfaces The slightly raised edge stabilises the foot when the ground is uneven or if you are walking over gravel and roots. In addition, the rubber sole provides reliable grip on trails.
