Lightweight and flexible in changeable conditions The Eiger Free Light IN Vest from Mammut is a versatile companion for demanding alpine touring, expeditions and freeride adventures. Lightly insulated, highly wind-resistant, breathable and water-repellent, it delivers reliable protection in changeable mountain weather. The DWR treatment adds extra protection against moisture, but it does not replace a waterproof layer, making it ideal as a flexible insulating layer in the Eiger Extreme collection. Fabric that stands up to wind and wear The Pertex Diamond fabric makes the gilet exceptionally light, durable and windproof, without compromising on breathability. Weighing around 190 g, it packs away easily. The material also contains recycled polyamide. Quick access to your essentials Two front pockets and a zipped chest pocket give you quick access to important small items. The full-length front zip makes it easy to put on and take off and allows for flexible ventilation. Elasticated cuffs provide a comfortable fit, whilst the regular fit makes it easy to layer over a mid-layer.
