Item No.: 019-0342. The Tatra II Bunion GTX walking boot from Hanwag was designed specifically for hikers with hallux valgus, so it’ll be more accommodating around the big toe joint. As for the material, the boot is made of sustainable Terracare Zero Leather and features a soft collar with holes for ventilation. Plus, the boot comes complete with a GORE-TEX membrane for breathability and waterproof protection. Despite how soft the collar is, the Tatra II Bunion GTX provides plenty of support, thanks in large part to the two-zone lacing system with Click Clamp eyelets and a tongue lace hook that keeps the tongue in place. This, along with the nice insole and cushioning, adds to the overall comfort of the boot. As for the outsole, the boot features a Vibram sole for superb grip in various terrain. For added durability, the boot is equipped with protective heel and toe caps as well.
