It's a lightweight, hiking-oriented tactical boot for police and military forces. Its GORE-TEX Extended Comfort lining is not only waterproof but also tailored to use in warmer temperatures, so it'll always provide a pleasant environment for your feet. In comparison to other models in the Task Force Collection, the height of the collar is indeed a bit lower, but it will still give your ankles the support they need whilst allowing for an increase in mobility in moderate terrain. The LOWA Cross II rubber outsole provides cushioning, stability as well as an all-terrain tread for traction on all sorts of surfaces. In addition to being perfect for police and special units, the Zephyr GTX MID is an ideal trekking or walking boot as well.
